Everyone thinks about engine oil. Almost nobody thinks about the coolant that's been in a diesel pusher since 2016, quietly turning acidic and eating the inside of a radiator that costs four figures to replace. Or the transmission fluid in an Allison that's shifted a 40,000-pound coach through ten thousand miles of Florida stop-and-go.
- Engine coolant — testing, flush and fill with correct extended-life formulation, plus SCA/nitrite testing on heavy-duty diesels
- Transmission fluid — service and filter replacement to spec on Allison and other heavy-duty transmissions
- Differential and axle fluid — inspection and replacement at manufacturer intervals
- Brake fluid — moisture testing and flush, critical in Florida humidity

How often does coolant really need changing?
Extended-life coolants are commonly rated for several years or a few hundred thousand miles, but "rated for" assumes correct additive levels. We test rather than guess — testing is cheap and a corroded heavy-duty radiator is not.
My DEF light came on. Is that serious?
It's a "handle it soon" warning, not a "pull over now" emergency — but ignore it long enough and modern diesels will derate power and eventually limit speed. We stock Blue DEF and can check the system while you're here.
Does brake fluid really absorb water?
Yes, and Florida humidity accelerates it. Water in brake fluid lowers the boiling point, which matters enormously when you're braking 40,000 pounds down a grade. We test moisture content — it takes two minutes.
