Is it really easier than a shop in Tampa?
For anything over about 30 feet, yes — and it's mostly about physical access. Our approach off US-19 has real turning room, and our bays were sized for full-height Class A coaches with roof air.
My trailer sits in the driveway most of the year. What does it need?
Brakes, bearings, tires and roof seals — in that order. Occasional-use trailers fail from sitting, not from mileage. An annual inspection catches all four at once.
