How long does installation take?
Most installations are completed in two to four days depending on roof size, existing condition and required prep. You get a firm completion date before we start — not a vague "sometime next month."
Can it go over my existing roof?
In most cases, yes. Roof Armor bonds to EPDM, TPO, fiberglass and aluminum after proper cleaning, prep and seam treatment. If the existing roof has structural damage or saturated decking, we repair that first — and we'll tell you honestly before quoting.
Will it stop leaks I already have?
Roof Armor seals the roof surface, seams and penetrations, which resolves the overwhelming majority of surface-origin leaks. We locate and repair the actual source of an active leak before coating — sealing over a problem is how other shops create bigger ones.
How does it compare to a DIY roof coating from the parts store?
Honestly? Different product class, different prep, different result. Consumer roof coatings are thin, require annual reapplication, and bond to whatever happens to be on your roof.
