Will you inspect a coach I haven't bought yet?
That's exactly the point of a pre-purchase inspection. Bring it in, or arrange with the seller for us to see it. We work for you, not the seller — our report goes to you and nobody else.
Do you inspect coaches you didn't service?
Always. Most of our inspections are on coaches we've never seen before. We give you an honest report whether or not you ever hire us for the repairs — and we'll tell you plainly if something is outside our scope.
How long does an inspection take?
A thorough inspection on a large coach typically takes several hours. We don't rush it, because a rushed inspection is worth exactly what a rushed inspection is worth: nothing.
What do I actually receive?
A written report with photographs, organized by priority: safety items first, then items needing near-term attention, then cosmetic and monitoring items. Plain English, no jargon wall.
